About Our Executive Director Judith Orji
Judith Orji is a dedicated healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience focused on enhancing patient care. Her journey began at the grassroots level as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she discovered her passion for helping and caring for others, particularly seniors. This early experience inspired her to pursue further education in nursing, starting as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and advancing to a Registered Nurse. Each step of her career reflected her deepening commitment to excellence in patient care.
Eager to broaden her knowledge and impact, Judith earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, strengthening her clinical expertise and understanding of healthcare management. She continued her education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. This advanced training not only equipped her with expertise in pain management and physical rehabilitation but also provided her with the tools to address the complex needs of elderly patients in a holistic manner.
Currently, as the Executive Director of Light of Victory Assisted Living, Judith leverages her extensive clinical background and leadership skills to create a warm, home-like environment for residents. Under her guidance, the facility goes beyond traditional care, focusing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of each individual. Her visionary approach ensures that every resident receives personalized care designed to enhance their quality of life and promote healing.
Judith’s leadership is grounded in her commitment to compassionate care and innovation in healthcare practices. From her early days as a CNA to becoming an executive director, she embodies the belief that quality care is built on experience, education, and a genuine love for nursing.
