Meet Our Executive Director

Judith Orji is a compassionate healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience dedicated to improving patient care. Her journey began at the grassroots care level as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she discovered the joy of helping and caring for others especially our seniors. This early experience inspired her to advance through every level of nursing, first as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, then as a Registered Nurse hence each step was marked by a continued deepening commitment to excellence in nursing care.

Determined to expand her knowledge and impact, Judith earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, further strengthening her clinical skills and understanding of healthcare management. However, she pursued a Master of Science in Nursing specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. This advanced education not only honed her expertise in pain management and physical rehabilitation consulting but also equipped her with the tools to address the complex needs of elderly patients in a holistic manner.

Today, as the Executive Director of Light of Victory Assisted Living, Judith applies her extensive clinical background and leadership skills to create a nurturing, home-like environment for residents. Under her guidance, the facility goes beyond traditional care by focusing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of each individual. Her visionary approach ensures that every resident receives personalized care designed to enhance their quality of life and promote healing.

Judith’s leadership is defined by a steadfast commitment to compassionate care and innovation in healthcare practices. Her story, from the early days as a CNA to becoming a respected care executive, embodies the belief that quality care is built on experience, education, and a genuine love for the art of nursing.
